You are not short of material. You are short of the hour it takes to turn this month's material into an issue, every month, without missing anything.
It watches where you publish.
Connect once and new posts arrive on their own. The intake strip shows what actually came in, so a dead connection is visible before it costs you an issue. Six platforms today: YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn, podcasts and anything with a feed.

Three rebuilds where the old brand was worth keeping
Morning. Three separate projects this month ended up making the same argument, which usually means it is worth writing down properly.
Short version: most rebrands throw away equity they should have kept.

Their logo returned a 404
A commercial interiors contractor with 650 buildouts behind them had a favicon that did not load. Not the website, the icon file itself. It had been deleted at some point and nobody noticed, so every browser tab showed a broken document instead of a mark.
The old logo was a swoosh with the tagline baked in, which meant it was unreadable below about 40 pixels. So the fix was not a tidy up. The letter D became a doorway, built from one unit so it holds together at 16 pixels.
Two more from the same month, both variations on the theme. 1
- A Singapore builder had an award winning house on their site at 147 pixels wide. The photography was the entire argument and the old layout buried it.
- A real estate site that leant on architecture and storytelling instead of the usual stock render grid. The restraint is what made it feel expensive.
One thing from elsewhere that stuck with me this month, on why the cheapest looking part of a brand is usually the one people see first.
That is everything for this week. If you are sitting on a rebrand, the question worth asking first is what you would lose, not what you would gain.

Three pieces from one month, on three different platforms. None of them written for a newsletter.
What people say once the blank page is gone.
The change people describe is rarely about speed. It is that sending stopped being a decision they had to make every month.
I was publishing four or five times a week and still opening a blank document every month to write the newsletter. Now the draft is waiting, made of the things I already made, and I spend the hour editing instead of staring.
Video essayist
The citations are the part I did not expect to care about. I check the source under a paragraph, see it is my own post from three weeks ago, and send.
Newsletter writer
It flagged a section it could not ground in anything I had published, rather than making something up. That was the moment I trusted it.
Podcast host
With three platforms at my disposal and a single library to manage, I found myself facing a challenge that truly felt like a productive endeavor. Initially, I would only send updates whenever they crossed my mind, which was quite sporadic. However, I've now transitioned to a routine where I send updates every month, all without feeling like it adds any extra burden to my weekly schedule.
Independent designer
Connecting the podcast feed took a minute and it backfilled the whole archive. I had forgotten half of what was in there.
Studio founder
The sourced column is the only reporting I have seen that tells me something about the writing rather than about the sending.
Content lead
I stopped keeping a running note of things to mention. It is all in the library by the time I need it.
